Service Agreements
Service Agreements provide our customers with a reduced hourly rate in exchange
for committing to a couple of hours of maintenance every month. We’ll check backup
reports and event logs, the general health of your server, and do basic cleanup
tasks once or twice per month.
Maintenance Agreements
Our maintenance agreements are the “heart and soul” of our philosophy at Hicks
Technology Services. Using advanced technology we proactively monitor and maintain
your environment on a daily basis for a flat monthly fee. Service packs, security
patches, antivirus definitions, backup jobs, operating system updates, error
conditions and various other items are constantly monitored and maintained. Routine
cleanup of workstations and servers is performed on a regular basis. Support for
the operating system, office suite and other Line of Business applications are
included. Additional project work is also provided at a significantly discounted
hourly rate.
